Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my patients over from Excel?
Yes. The importer accepts CSV and Excel, shows a preview and flags errors row by row. You confirm before anything is saved.
Will my receptionist see medical notes?
No. The receptionist role covers identity, phone, appointments and payments — never consultation notes or the doctor’s private notes.
Can the AI assistant diagnose?
No, deliberately. It summarises, structures and drafts administrative documents. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe and never writes into a record on its own: the doctor always confirms.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. You pick a plan to continue, or export your records. Nothing is deleted without your say-so.
Does it work on tablets and phones?
Yes. The clinician interface is built for desktop and tablet, and every screen adapts to a phone.
Can we work in Arabic?
Yes. The interface is available in French, Arabic and English, with full right-to-left layout for Arabic.
