Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making Clinoly usable by everyone, and what is still to improve.
This translation is provided for information. Where it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
This document is being finalised: some of the publisher’s legal details have still to be filled in.
1.Commitment
The publisher is committed to making the Service accessible, taking level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as its reference.
2.Measures in place
- interface available in French, Arabic and English, with a complete right-to-left layout for Arabic;
- keyboard navigation, a skip link to the main content and focus management in dialogs;
- text contrast checked automatically with every release, at a minimum ratio of 4.5:1 in both light and dark themes;
- automated accessibility checks on the main screens, built into the tests;
- touch targets sized for finger use on phones and tablets.
3.Compliance status
No independent accessibility audit has yet been carried out. The Service is therefore declared partially compliant: it targets level AA without that compliance having been verified by a third party.
4.Known limitations
- the PDF documents generated (invoices, prescriptions, reports) are not tagged for screen readers;
- the dashboard activity chart has no text equivalent yet; the same figures are available on the Statistics page.
5.Reporting a problem
If you have difficulty accessing any content or feature, write to contact@clinoly.com saying which page is concerned. We will offer you a solution and fix the defect.
