The providers involved in processing data on Clinoly’s behalf, what they do and where.

The WhatsApp messaging and artificial intelligence assistant functions send no data until a clinic has enabled them.
2.Safeguards
Each provider is bound by contract to confidentiality and security obligations at least equivalent to those of the Data processing agreement. Where a provider processes data outside Morocco, the transfer is made in accordance with Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08.
3.Changes to the list
Any addition or replacement is announced to subscribing clinics at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect, by updating this page and informing the clinic owner. A clinic may object as set out in the Data processing agreement.
